目的研究草龙Ludwigia hyssopi folia的化学成分。方法利用硅胶柱色谱和Sephadex LH-20色谱进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果从草龙的醇提物中分离鉴定了9个化合物,分别为棕榈酸(Ⅰ)、异香草醛(Ⅱ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅲ)、豆甾醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅳ)、齐墩果酸(Ⅴ)、没食子酸(Ⅵ)、2,4,6-三羟基苯甲酸(Ⅶ)、没食子酸乙酯(Ⅷ)、熊果酸(Ⅸ)。结论9个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Ludwigia hyssopi folia. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 chromatography. Their structures were identified by physico-chemical properties and spectral analysis. Results Nine compounds were isolated and identified from the ethanolic extract of Caulis Longan. The compounds were palmitic acid (Ⅰ), isovanillin (Ⅱ), β-sitosterol (Ⅲ), stigmasterol-3-O- (Ⅳ), oleanolic acid (Ⅴ), gallic acid (Ⅵ), 2,4,6 - trihydroxybenzoic acid (Ⅶ), ethyl gallate (Ⅷ), ursolic acid (Ⅸ). Conclusion All nine compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
