喘可平(SCG)与皮质激素一起包被为目前防治哮喘的第一线药物,但多为气雾或干粉直接吸入。我院采用国产最新式的旋转型吸纳器/喘可平干粉吸入系统(上海天平制药厂生产)防治25例儿童哮喘,现报告如下: 资料与结果 一、对象 1995年8月1日至12月30日我院哮喘专科门诊患儿47例,男30例,女17例;年龄5～2岁(8.21±2.3岁)。诊断符合1992年全国儿童哮喘防治协作组制定的标准。全部病例为哮喘发作期,并按专科门诊挂号次序随机分为治疗组25例,
