两性霉素 B 尽管有许多局限,但它仍然最广泛地作为治疗全身性真菌感染的抗真菌剂。除此还尝试使两性霉素 B 和其它抗菌剂合并使用并利用多烯抗菌剂改变真菌细胞膜的通透性来增进它的抗真菌效力,本文报导了四种四环素同系物与两性霉素 B 合并使用对20株白色假丝酵母的抗真菌活力。
Amphotericin B remains the most widely used antifungal agent for the treatment of systemic fungal infections despite its many limitations. In addition, it is attempted to use amphotericin B in combination with other antibacterial agents and improve the antifungal efficacy of the amphotericin B by altering the permeability of the fungal cell membrane with the polyene antibacterial agents. It is reported herein that four tetracycline homologues are combined with amphotericin B Antifungal activity against 20 Candida albicans was used.
