针对湿陷性黄土地区由于地基处理不当、设计存在缺陷,造成建筑物地基的不均匀沉降,引起上部结构倾斜,在理论分析及工程实践的基础上,提出了一种纠偏加固的新技术。采用掏土法与钢管桩和石灰桩组合桩群的综合纠偏法,对某湿陷性黄土地区的高层住宅楼基础进行纠偏加固,以达到建筑物纠倾扶正的目的。结合施工后的长期监测结果显示,该高层建筑物的纠偏加固取得了预期效果。
For the collapsible loess area, due to the improper foundation treatment and the design defects, the uneven foundation settlement of the building is caused and the superstructure is inclined. Based on the theoretical analysis and engineering practice, a new technique of correcting and reinforcing is proposed. Using the method of earth-digging and the comprehensive correction method of the pile group with steel pipe pile and lime pile, the foundation of high-rise residential buildings in a collapsible loess area is rectified and reinforced so as to achieve the goal of rectifying and correcting buildings. Combined with the long-term monitoring results after construction, the correction and reinforcement of the high-rise building achieved the desired results.
