本研究观察原油蒸气(含原油初馏冷凝液)染毒后,对大、小鼠生殖能力和白细胞的影响,及其致突变作用。结果表明:(1)原油蒸气对雄性动物的生殖能力未产生明显影响。(2)对白细胞有毒性损伤作用.(3)原油初馏冷凝液具阳性致突变作用,原油蒸气对骨髓细胞染色体和多染红:细胞微核发生率未产生明显影响,但骨髓细胞姐妹染色单体交换率明显高于空白对照组。
In this study, the crude oil vapor (including crude oil condensate condensate) exposure to large, mouse reproductive capacity and white blood cells, and its role in mutagenesis. The results showed that: (1) crude oil vapor had no significant effect on the reproductive abilities of male animals. (2) the toxic effects of white blood cells. (3) The crude oil condensate had a positive mutagenic effect. The crude oil vapor had no effect on the chromosomal and multi-staining of myeloid cells: the incidence of micronuclei, but the exchange rate of sister chromatid of bone marrow cells was significantly higher than that of the blank control group .
