目的：观察中西医结合抢救急性毒蕈中毒的临床疗效。方法：①参麦注射液６０ｍｌ加入１０％葡萄糖静滴，每日１次。②阿托品０．０３～０．０５ｍｇ／ｋｇ肌注，每１５～３０分钟１次，必要时静注或静滴。③彻底洗胃后灌注排毒汤５００ｍｌ，随后日服６次，每次３０ｍｌ。④纠正电解质及酸中毒，保护肝肾功能，对症治疗。结果：临床抢救成功率达９６．５５％，平均住院７．３天。结论：中西医结合抢救急性毒蕈中毒疗效好，疗程短，症状缓解明显，降低了多器官功能失常综合征的发生率。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine to rescue acute poisonous mushroom poisoning. Methods: ① Shenmai injection 60ml added 10% glucose intravenous infusion, once daily. ② atropine 0.03 ~ 0.05mg / kg intramuscular injection every 15 to 30 minutes 1, if necessary, intravenous or intravenous infusion. ③ thoroughly gastric lavage detoxification after perfusion 500ml, then served 6 times, each 30ml. ④ correct electrolyte and acidosis, liver and kidney protection, symptomatic treatment. Results: The success rate of clinical rescue was 96.55% and the average hospitalization was 7.3 days. Conclusion: Integrative Chinese and Western medicine to rescue acute poisoning poisoning efficacy, short course, obvious symptom relief, reduce the incidence of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome.
