本文梳理了西方劳资关系的研究范式,分析了近三十年来该研究领域衰落的原因,进而提炼出西方劳资关系的理论内核,评价了其在劳动和雇佣问题研究中特有的理论价值,并总结了当前该领域面临的研究困境。分析发现,自劳资关系理论诞生以来,其研究范式经历了三个阶段,近年来劳资关系研究的边缘化与其研究范式选择和现实背景转变密切相关。我们认为,虽然目前西方劳资关系研究面临着四个方面的困境,但是劳资关系的理论内核决定了其在劳动和雇佣问题研究中具有独特的理论价值。基于以上背景,本文提出了我国劳资关系研究应借鉴的几个方面。
This paper reviews the research paradigm of the relationship between labor and employment in Western countries, analyzes the causes of the decline of the field of research in the past three decades, and then extracts the theoretical core of the relationship between labor and employment in the West and summarizes its own theoretical value The current research in the field of dilemma. The analysis shows that since the birth of the theory of labor-capital relations, its research paradigm has gone through three stages. In recent years, the marginalization of labor-capital relations has been closely related to the selection of its research paradigm and the change of its background. In our opinion, although there are four difficulties in the study of labor relations in the West at present, the theoretical core of labor-capital relations determines its unique theoretical value in the study of labor and employment issues. Based on the above background, this paper puts forward several aspects that should be learned from the research of labor-capital relations in our country.
