以竹粉为原料,以氯化苄作醚化剂对其进行苄基化改性,制备苄基化竹粉。研究了碱用量、甲苯用量、反应温度、反应时间对竹粉苄基化反应及苄基化竹粉热塑性的影响。用FT-IR、TGA对苄基化竹粉的微观结构和热塑性进行了研究和表征,发现苄基化竹粉有较好的热塑性,增重率为115%的苄基化竹粉可在110~220℃熔融,并在120℃、10MPa表压下热压成型为半透明的塑料状薄片。
Take bamboo powder as raw material and benzyl chloride as etherification agent to carry out benzylation modification to prepare benzylated bamboo powder. The effects of alkali dosage, toluene dosage, reaction temperature and reaction time on the benzylation of bamboo powder and the thermoplasticity of benzylated bamboo powder were studied. The microstructure and thermoplasticity of benzylated bamboo powder were studied by FT-IR and TGA. It was found that the benzylated bamboo powder had better thermoplasticity, and benzylated bamboo powder with 115% weight gain could be found at 110 Melted at 220 ° C and molded into a translucent plastic sheet at 120 ° C under a gauge pressure of 10 MPa.
