自１９９５年５月～１９９７年６月，采用ＫＴＰ／ＹＡＧ激光经尿道切除前列腺术治疗前列腺增生症７３例。术后７０例随访０．５～２．５年。应用最大尿流率、残余尿量及国际前列腺症状评分进行评价，各项指标术后１个月与术前比较有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），术后６个月与术后１个月比较也有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。
From May 1995 to June 1997, 73 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia were treated by transurethral resection of the prostate with KTP / YAG laser. 70 cases were followed up 0.5 to 2.5 years. The maximum urinary flow rate, residual urine volume and international prostate symptom score were evaluated. The indexes of one month postoperatively were significantly different from those before operation (P <0.01) There was also a significant difference between months (P <0.01).
