在人免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染中,免疫系统作为机体清除病毒的器官系统,同时又是HIV感染的主要靶系统,因此较之其他病毒感染,其免疫发病机制异常复杂。随着体内标记技术的发展和相关检测技术的改进,在HIV感染的免疫发病机制和免疫重建方面的研究和认识有了进一步提高。本文就近年在HIV特异性免疫、CD4~1细胞减少和针对免疫系统的治疗策略方面的研究进展作了综述。
In human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection, the immune system serves as an organ that scavenges the organ system of the virus and is the primary target system for HIV infection. Therefore, its immunopathogenesis is more complicated than other virus infections. With the development of in vivo labeling technology and the improvement of relevant detection technologies, the research and understanding on the immune pathogenesis and immune reconstruction of HIV infection have been further improved. This review summarizes recent advances in HIV-specific immunity, CD4 ~ 1 cell depletion and therapeutic strategies directed at the immune system.
