本文通过对采用NF与木钙复合减水剂的效果进行试验研究,结果表明:对于硅酸盐水泥或普通硅酸盐水泥,采用0.25~0.35%木钙+0.65~0.75%NF复合减水剂,其减水、增强效果与单掺1%NF减水剂相差不大。 通过对混凝土坍落度损失进行试验测定,结果表明:当混凝土水灰比为0.55时,采用0.25%木钙+0.75%NF复合减水剂、1%NF减水剂及不掺减水剂三组混凝土试样进行对比试验,测定其初始坍落度为16~18cm,混凝土配制1.5小时后,采用复合减水剂的混凝土坍落度保持14cm,坍落度损失明显低于另外两种试样。 由试验结果可以看出,采用木钙与NF复合减水剂具有良好的减水效果及流化效果,而且用木钙取代部分NF后,降低了减水剂造价,提高了经济效益。
In this paper, the effect of using NF and wood calcium compound superplasticizer was tested. From the test results, it can be seen that the use of wood calcium and NF composite water reducer has a good water reduction effect and fluidization effect, and after replacing part of the NF with wood calcium, reducing the water reducing agent cost, and improving economic efficiency.
