教学能力在教师的教学活动当中至关重要。目前,对英语师范生的教学能力职前培养仍然存在着很多问题。在结合教学能力的组成结构的前提下,我们应该针对性地加强英语师范生教学能力的职前培养,从而保证其获得立足职业岗位的竞争力,为培养适应性人才做出贡献。 Teaching ability is very important in teaching activities of teachers. At present, there are still many problems in pre-service training of teaching ability of ESL students. On the premise of the compositional structure of teaching ability, we should strengthen the pre-service training of English teachers’ teaching ability in a targeted manner so as to ensure their competitiveness based on occupational positions and contribute to the training of adaptive talents.
