采用有限元模拟方法,对正拱带槽型爆破片爆破压力进行了研究,探讨了剩余槽厚、槽顶部未贯通距离以及槽底部至端面距离对爆破压力的影响规律。结果表明:爆破压力随剩余槽厚的增加线性增大。随着槽顶端未贯通距离的增加,爆破压力首先迅速增加,然后不变,最后缓慢增加。减弱槽底部至端面距离对爆破压力影响可以忽略。
Using the finite element simulation method, the bursting pressure of the positive arched grooved bursting disc was studied, and the influences of the remaining groove thickness, the non-through distance at the top of the groove and the distance between the bottom of the groove and the end face on the bursting pressure were discussed. The results show that the burst pressure increases linearly with the increase of residual flute thickness. With the increase of the non-through distance at the top of the groove, the burst pressure increases rapidly first, then unchanged, and finally slowly increases. The effect of weakening the distance from the bottom of the trough to the end face on the burst pressure can be neglected.
