本文采用球磨法制备VOCl3/MgCl2/SiO2/Al2Et3Cl3,钒系复合载体催化剂,用以合成乙烯丙烯共聚物;测定了聚合物的13C-NMR波谱,并利用全部波谱数据,考虑反插丙烯的存在,建立三元共聚合模型,计算了几种钒系催化剂得到的乙烯丙烯共聚物的序列分布和竞聚率,结果和实测值很好吻合,并发现改变载体的配比,可有效地调控聚合物的序列分布。
In this paper, the VOCl3 / MgCl2 / SiO2 / Al2Et3Cl3 and vanadium composite supported catalysts were prepared by ball milling to synthesize ethylene-propylene copolymer. The 13C-NMR spectrum of the polymer was determined and all the spectroscopic data were taken into account. The ternary copolymerization model was established and the sequence distribution and the reactivity ratio of ethylene-propylene copolymer obtained from several vanadium-based catalysts were calculated.
