随着时代和社会的发展,以人为本的理念深入人心,许多惠民的项目被推行。其中,年金就是新推出的一种保险项目。由于其自身的特点和优势,年金在企业的福利制度中占有很重要的地位,是我国养老体系的重要组成部分。但是在推行时间较晚等因素的影响下,企业年金发展较慢。要做好企业年金的发展,必须理顺国家、企业和员工的利益关系,做好基金安全的保障工作,平衡国家宏观调控,处理好企业年金运行和市场运行两者之间的关系。而作为我国重要行业的煤炭企业,年金在煤炭企业的推行显得尤为重要。本文结合煤炭企业年金发展,分析了新形势下年金发展存在的问题,并且提出相应的措施。
With the development of the times and society, the concept of people-oriented enjoys popular support and many Huimin projects have been implemented. Among them, annuity is a newly introduced insurance program. Due to its own characteristics and advantages, annuities occupy a very important position in the welfare system of enterprises and are an important part of China’s pension system. However, under the influence of late implementation and other factors, the development of enterprise annuity has been slow. To do a good job in the development of enterprise annuity, we must streamline the interest relations among the state, enterprises and employees, ensure the security of funds, balance the state’s macro-control and handle the relationship between enterprise annuity operations and market operations. As the coal industry in China’s major industries, annuity in the implementation of the coal business is particularly important. Based on the development of annuity in coal enterprises, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of annuities in the new situation and puts forward corresponding measures.
