以FMG褐铁矿为主,配加不同比例的进口矿进行烧结配矿试验研究,并优化出了各配矿条件下合理的工艺操作参数。试验结果表明:FMG矿与巴西矿搭配,混合料水分7.5%、焦粉用量4.9%时,转鼓强度为65.33%,利用系数为1.40t/(h.m2);FMG、澳矿与巴西矿搭配,混合料水分7.5%、焦粉用量5.2%时,其转鼓强度为64%,利用系数为1.32t/(h.m2);而其他配矿方案,烧结指标较差,难以达到生产要求。对以上2种烧结矿的矿相鉴定及冶金性能研究结果表明,2种烧结矿均具有良好的微观结构和冶金性能,能满足高炉冶炼的要求。
