本试验用 50 0ml塑料育苗盆定植一年生葡萄扦插苗 ,研究不同氮素施用量对地上部和地下部生长及碳水化合物含量的影响。并对根尖细胞构造进行了探讨。结果表明 :地上部生长量、干物重、叶面积在N 30 0区最大 ;全叶绿素含量随氮素施用量的增加而增加 ;叶淀粉、全糖含量随氮素施用量的增加而降低。枝条和根的淀粉含量在N 75区和N 150区最高 ,全糖含量在N 150区和N 30 0区最高 ,在N 90 0区最低。生长越旺盛的植株 ,白色根越多 ;氮素施用量过多时出现黑色根增多的倾向
In this experiment, 50 0 ml plastic nursery pots were planted with annual grape cuttings to study the effects of different nitrogen application rates on the growth and carbohydrate content of aerial parts and underground parts. The root tip cell structure was also discussed. The results showed that the aboveground biomass, dry matter weight and leaf area were the largest in N30 0 area. The content of total chlorophyll increased with the increase of N application rate. The content of leaf starch and whole sugar decreased with the increase of N application rate. The starch content of branches and roots was the highest in N 75 and N 150, and the highest content of total sugar in N 150 and N 30 0 and the lowest in N 90 0. Growing more vigorous plants, the more white roots; excessive use of nitrogen when there is an increase in the number of black roots
