在高速钢热处理生产过程中,炉温的测量和控制精度,是影响工件质量的关键。目前很多盐浴炉的测量方法仍采用辐射高温计和两位式控制,结果难以保证和满足实际生产的需要。为此,我们采用WRLB型铂铌热电偶进行接触测温,而且采用了东北工学院研制的金属陶瓷保护管,经过一年多的使用,取得较好的效果,其使用寿命平均在700小时以上。控温系统采用磁调变压器作执行元件,用XWD-400型仪表对炉温进行PID调节,调节过程框图如图1所示。
In the high-speed steel heat treatment production process, temperature measurement and control accuracy is the key to the quality of the workpiece. At present, many salt bath furnaces are still using radiation pyrometer and two-position control, the result is difficult to guarantee and meet the actual production needs. To this end, we use WRLB platinum niobium thermocouple contact temperature measurement, and the use of Northeast Institute of Technology developed metal ceramic protection tube, after more than a year of use, and achieved good results, the average life of 700 hours or more . Temperature control system using magnetic transformers for the implementation of components, using XWD-400-type instrument on the PID temperature regulator, the adjustment process shown in Figure 1.
