随着经济的快速发展,衡水的幼儿教育也快速发展,形成了基本完善的学前教育体系,但是仍然存在着一些不尽如人意的问题。为了提高整体幼儿教育的质量,必须解决幼儿园师资问题,打造出一支师德高尚、业务过硬、数量充足,结构合理,具有奉献精神和创造能力,适应中小城市幼教事业发展的优质教师队伍。
With the rapid economic development, early childhood education in Hengshui has also developed rapidly and formed a basically complete pre-school education system. However, there are still some unsatisfactory problems.
