为了研究松针提取液对小鼠骨骼肌自由基代谢的影响。对80只昆明种小鼠随机分成安静组和训练组,两组又分设对照组和松针提取液组。服药组小鼠短期连续服用松针提取液,20天后小鼠力竭游泳造成疲劳,测定骨骼肌超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和丙二醛(MDA)等指标。结果发现:骨骼肌超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)的活性均有显著性升高,骨骼肌丙二醛(MDA)含量显著性降低。表明:松针提取液具有保护骨骼肌免受自由基损伤的功能。
In order to study the pine needles extract on mouse skeletal muscle free radical metabolism. Eighty Kunming mice were randomly divided into a quiet group and a training group, and the two groups were divided into control group and pine needle extract group. The mice in the medication group were given pine needle extract continuously for 20 days. After 20 days, the mice were exhausted to swim, causing fatigue. The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) and malondialdehyde (MDA) index. The results showed that the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) in skeletal muscle were significantly increased, while the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in skeletal muscle was significantly decreased. It shows that the pine needle extract has the function of protecting skeletal muscle from free radical damage.
