临床上低强度He Ne激光与丹参注射液配合使用治疗缺血、缺氧性心血管疾病取得良好疗效 ,但其机理未明。采用化学发光法研究低强度He Ne激光与丹参注射液联合作用对中性粒细胞 (PMN)呼吸爆发的影响 ,以进一步探讨低强度He -Ne激光与丹参注射液配合使用产生抗缺血、缺氧性损伤效应的机制。实验结果表明低强度He Ne激光具有对受激PMN呼吸爆发的双向调节作用。 2 0 0J/m2 ,2 0 0 0J/m2 和 30 0 0J/m2 的He Ne激光能刺激PMN产生呼吸爆发 ,4 0J/m2 ,10 0 0J/m2 和 6 0 0 0J/m2 的He Ne激光能抑制PMN产生呼吸爆发。 4~ 16 μL的丹参注射液能抑制受激PMN的呼吸爆发 ,且呈一定的量效关系。 8μL的丹参注射液与 10 0 0J/m2 的He Ne激光联合作用能对受激PMN的呼吸爆发产生抑制效应 ,并且有协同作用
Clinically low-intensity He Ne laser with Salvia injection in the treatment of ischemic and hypoxic cardiovascular disease has achieved good results, but the mechanism is unknown. Chemiluminescence method was used to study the effect of low-intensity He Ne laser combined with Salvia miltiorrhiza injection on respiratory burst of neutrophil (PMN) to further explore the effect of low-intensity He-Ne laser combined with Salvia miltiorrhiza injection on anti-ischemia and absent Mechanism of oxygen damage effect. Experimental results show that low-intensity He Ne laser has bidirectional modulation of respiratory burst in stimulated PMN. He Ne laser with 200J / m2, 2000J / m2 and 300J / m2 could stimulate PMN to produce respiratory burst. HeNe laser with 40J / m2, 100J / m2 and 60J / m2 PMN can inhibit the production of respiratory burst. Danshen injection 4 ~ 16 μL can inhibit the respiratory burst of stimulated PMN, and showed a certain dose-effect relationship. 8μL of Salvia miltiorrhiza injection combined with 10 0J / m2 He Ne laser can inhibit the respiratory burst of stimulated PMN and have a synergistic effect
