本文结合哈客开展的公开选拔岗位管理干部工作,就如何做好全过程监督中的岗位管理干部公开竞聘工作进行粗浅的思考,分析了存在的问题,并提出相应的对策与方法。
Based on the work of open cadre management by cadres, this paper gives a superficial thinking on how to do an open competitive bidding for cadres in the whole process of supervision, analyzes the existing problems and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and methods.
