以秦巴山区主栽香菇菌株(808#、66#、68#)为试材,采用组织培养方法,用6种筛选培养基对其菌丝生长状况和胞外多糖产量进行了研究。结果表明:香菇66#菌株的菌丝在筛选培养基(葡萄糖1.0%、玉米粉2.0%、麦麸2.0%、酵母膏0.3%、KH2PO40.1%、MgSO4·7H2O0.1%、pH自然)中的生长速度为3.26mm/d,菌丝粗壮且致密;以此培养基进行液体发酵,其菌丝球数量多,大小均匀,生物转换量为66.00g/L,胞外多糖产量可达2.99g/L发酵清液。
Lentinula edodes strains (808 #, 66 #, 68 #) were cultivated in Qinba Mountains. The growth of mycelium and the yield of extracellular polysaccharides were studied by tissue culture method using six kinds of screening media. The results showed that the mycelium of the 66 # strain of Shiitake mushroom was cultured in the medium of screening (glucose 1.0%, corn flour 2.0%, wheat bran 2.0%, yeast extract 0.3%, KH2PO40.1%, MgSO4.7H2O 0.1%, pH natural) The growth rate was 3.26mm / d, mycelium stout and dense; liquid fermentation medium, the number of mycelium, uniform size, the biological conversion of 66.00g / L, the yield of extracellular polysaccharide 2.99g / L fermentation supernatant.
