音乐教育事业是我国高校教育中的重要组成部分,是素质教育和全面教育的标杆之一,如何提高高校音乐教学质量,培养高素质音乐人才已经成为现阶段广大音乐教师必须重视的问题。鉴于此,本文笔者结合自己的教学经验和实践,主要从重新定位师生角色,变“教师是主角”为“以学生为主体”;不断地自我完善,提高教学水平;把好知能关系,优化知能统一;运用现代化教学手段,提高音乐教学质量;挖掘音乐课程与其他课程的契合点,培养学生的综合素质;加强与艺术社团的互动,让高水准的音乐艺术走进大学校园六方面就如何提高高校音乐教学质量进行了具体探究,以期营造良好的高校音乐教学环境,促进学生音乐素质的提升。
