目的:通过对比实验组与对照组小鼠哮喘发作的时间以及血清中IL-4、IL-13的含量变化,评定“益气固本汤”是否可以减轻气道炎症反应,从而延缓或防止哮喘发作,为益气固本汤在临床上的应用提供理论依据。方法:在同一条件下,将40只小鼠以普通饲料适应性喂养3天,后按随机数字表法分成4组,每组10只,分别为空白对照组(简称空白组)、生理盐水对照组(简称盐水组)、益气固本汤小剂量组(简称小剂量组),益气固本汤大剂量组(简称大剂量组)。空白对照组喂食普通饲料,另外三组在此基础上,生理盐水组每日给0.3ml生理盐水灌胃1次;小剂量组每日给0.3ml浓度为0.56g/ml的益气固本汤灌胃1次;大剂量组每日给0.3ml浓度为1.12g/ml的益气固本汤灌胃1次;共灌胃30天。自实验第21天开始做哮喘激发,各小鼠腹腔注射1ml 4%卵蛋白致敏,连续注射7天,然后将每只小鼠单独放于密闭、透明的有机玻璃罩内,将含1%卵蛋白的等渗盐水雾化后吸入10分钟,连续3天,于实验第30天雾化吸入后,观察各小鼠出现哮喘症状的时间并检测血清中IL-4、IL-13含量。结论:益气固本汤可以减轻气道炎症反应,延缓造模小鼠哮喘发作。

The blank control group fed ordinary feed, the other three groups on this basis, the saline group to 0.3 ml saline daily gavage; small dose group daily to 0.3ml concentration of 0.56g / ml of Yiqi Guben decoction Gavage 1 times; high-dose group daily to 0.3ml concentration of 1.12g / ml Yiqi Guben decoction once; a total of gavage for 30 days. Asthma was stimulated on the 21st day of the experiment. Each mouse was sensitized with 1 ml of 4% ovalbumin by intraperitoneal injection for 7 consecutive days. Each mouse was placed in a sealed, transparent organic glass, Ovalbumin isotonic saline inhalation after inhalation for 10 minutes for 3 days in the experiment 30 days after inhalation, the mice were observed asthma symptoms of time and detection of serum IL-4, IL-13 content. Conclusion: Yiqi Guben Decoction can relieve airway inflammation and delay the onset of asthma in model mice.
