中国的法学教育从创建至今,经历了由极端“疲软”到过度“膨胀”的变化过程,同时由于教育模式等诸多因素影响,导致近些年法学学生就业率频频走入低谷。借鉴美国法学教育模式,通过建立完备的准入、退出制度,健全科学、合理的课程设置体系,并逐步增大同业协会在法学教育中指导、监督作用,将有助于使我国的法学教育逐步步入一个良性循环的轨道,最终更好地服务于社会和适应社会发展的需求。
