目的综述甘草酸对映体及其抗肝炎活性。方法查阅国内外文献,整理甘草酸对映体防治肝损害的作用机制,包括肝损伤的发病机制,对肝内细胞免疫反应的影响,抗炎作用,对细胞因子和趋化因子的影响,免疫调节作用及治疗慢性肝炎的作用机制,抗肝纤维化作用等。结果与结论甘草酸及其优对映体能针对肝损伤的发病机制,抑制免疫介导细胞毒性对肝细胞的损伤,从而期望控制肝脏疾病的发生、进展。
Objective To summarize glycyrrhizic acid enantiomers and their anti-hepatitis activity. Methods The mechanisms of glycyrrhizin enantiomer against liver damage were reviewed, including the pathogenesis of liver injury, the effect on intrahepatic cellular immune response, anti-inflammatory effect, cytokines and chemokines, immunization Regulation and treatment of chronic hepatitis mechanism of action, anti-liver fibrosis and so on. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION Glycyrrhizin and its enantiomerically-targeted glycyrrhizic acid target the pathogenesis of liver injury and inhibit the immune-mediated cytotoxicity on hepatocytes. Therefore, it is expected that glycyrrhizin and its enantiomer can control the occurrence and progression of liver diseases.
