中国国家集训队12名越野滑雪运动员于长白山进行为期三周高原训练。本文报道了应用彩色多普勒测试和观察高原训练对运动员左室功能的影响。分析比较高原训练前后测试结果显示,运动员安静时心搏量(SV)、心输出量(CO)、左室射血分值(EF)、短轴缩短率(ES)以及左室容积(EDV、ESV)均有显著变化,但组间差异较大。其特点是:男子组以增强左室收缩为主,呈力量型改变。文章指出,高原训练高度和训练手段对于左心功能改变有密切关系。认为在海拔2300—2500米高度、突出强度训练可能趋向力量型改变;在1600—1800米高度、突出耐力训练可能趋向容积型改变。
Twelve cross-country skiers from China’s national team run a three-week training in Changbaishan. This article reports the use of color Doppler test and observation of altitude training on left ventricular function of athletes. Analysis and comparison of the results before and after training showed that the stroke volume (SV), cardiac output (CO), left ventricular ejection fraction (EF), short axis shortening (ES) and left ventricular volume (EDV) ESV) had significant changes, but the differences between groups were larger. Its characteristics are: men’s group to enhance left ventricular systolic mainly power-type changes. The article points out that altitude training and training methods for left ventricular function changes are closely related. It is considered that at the height of 2300-2500 meters above sea level, the intensity training may tend to change in force type. At the altitude of 1600-1800 meters, highlighting endurance training may tend to change in volumetric type.
