本文通过对经口摄入氯化汞的大鼠生殖系统及子代发育影响的观察,发现实验大鼠的血汞、胎盘汞、卵巢汞和睾丸汞均显著高于对照组(P<0.001),胎盘汞含量随血汞的升高而升高。染毒组中高剂量组(3.18mol/LHg)大鼠的受孕率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。病理检查发现该染毒组大鼠睾丸曲精细管内成熟精子减少,但未发现该暴露剂量对胎儿及胎仔着床和发育有明显影响。
In this paper, the effects of oral administration of mercuric chloride on reproductive system and offspring of rats were observed and it was found that blood mercury, placental mercury, mercury in the ovaries and testicular mercury in experimental rats were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0. 001), placental mercury content increased with the rise of blood mercury. The conception rate of high dose group (3.18mol / LHg) was significantly lower than that of control group (P <0.01). Pathological examination found that the rat testis within the testicular seminiferous tubules mature sperm decreased, but did not find the exposure dose on fetal and fetal implantation and development have a significant impact.
