俄罗斯有13个炼焦厂,具有五种主要类型的焦炉58座(表1),焦炭总产量36.8Mt/a,平均炉龄16.6年。经过前3年的生产下滑,1995年实际生产焦炭25Mt。相对平均炉龄短和生产状况良好的22座焦炉运行近20年。这些焦炉建于50～70年代,焦炉烟尘控制系统较差,有害排放物超过10kg/t焦。配煤来自俄罗斯库兹涅茨为主的五个煤田的煤(％):
Russia has 13 coking plants with 58 main types of coke ovens (Table 1). The total output of coke is 36.8 Mt/a, and the average furnace age is 16.6 years. After the first three years of decline in production, in 1995 actual production of coke 25Mt.
