构型设计和尺度设计是并联机床设计的关键。该文针对并联机床虚拟样机开发中的构型设计展开研究,给出了并联机床虚拟样机设计流程和系统结构,提出了并联机床虚拟样机概念设计的集成设计方法,该方法集成了4种相辅相成、互为补充的并联机床构型设计方法,举例说明了设计要求输入、运动分配规划、概念设计、运动学分析设计和三维实体建模仿真等关键问题的解决方案。开发了集成化、可视化的并联机床虚拟样机概念设计软件包。
Configuration design and scale design is the key to parallel machine tool design. In this paper, the design of parallel prototype virtual prototyping is studied.
