目的:探讨临床现代护士职业形象融入高职护理礼仪课实践教学的应用方法及效果。方法:随机抽取我院2012级护生320名,其中162名护生为实验组,进行临床现代护士职业形象塑造的礼仪培训;另158名护生为对照组,采用传统教学方法对传统护理礼仪的教学内容进行教学。结果:实验组考核成绩与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);实验组护生对护士礼仪教学的认知、职业意识及自我评价均高于对照组。结论:将临床现代护士职业形象融入高职护理礼仪课的实践教学有助于提高学习兴趣,及早建立护生的职业认同感。
Objective: To discuss the application methods and effects of clinical modern nurses occupation image into practical nursing etiquette class teaching. Methods: We randomly selected 320 nursing students of Grade 2012 in our hospital, including 162 nursing students as experimental group, and conducted etiquette training on the clinical image of modern nurses. Another 158 nursing students served as the control group, using traditional teaching methods to evaluate traditional nursing etiquette Teaching content for teaching. Results: The score of test group was significantly higher than that of control group (P <0.01). The cognition, professional awareness and self-evaluation of nurse etiquette teaching in experimental group were higher than that of control group. Conclusion: It is helpful to integrate the clinical image of modern nurses into practice etiquette of nursing etiquette in higher vocational schools to improve their interest in learning and to establish professional identity of nursing students as early as possible.
