分析了热平衡分析方法和平衡分析方法的局限性,由此引出能级分析方法,介绍能级分析方法在分析能量合理利用过程中的重要性。从能量的“品质”方面讨论钢铁企业余热回收利用系统中供能与用能双方的合理匹配问题,同时讨论了不同级别余热资源的利用方式的合理性。最后结合转炉烟气余热回收实例,探讨转炉余热蒸汽回收的合理利用方式,为钢铁企业余热资源的回收与合理利用提供参考。
Analyzes the limitations of thermal balance analysis method and equilibrium analysis method, and then draws the method of energy level analysis and introduces the importance of energy analysis method in the analysis of energy utilization. From the aspect of energy “quality ”, this paper discusses the reasonable matching between energy supply and energy use in waste heat recovery system of iron and steel enterprises, and discusses the rationality of using waste heat resources at different levels. Finally, with examples of waste heat recovery of converter flue gas, this paper discusses the reasonable utilization of waste heat recovery steam and provides reference for recovery and rational utilization of waste heat resources in iron and steel enterprises.
