八年的管理咨询让我了解到,相对于战略咨询、人力资源咨询等其它模块的管理咨询,采购管理咨询几乎是最“寂寞”的,因为客户的主动需求最少。从实际效果看,正如我在另外一篇文章指出的,采购管理咨询往往是咨询带实施的,基本上从事采购管理咨询的公司都敢对客户承诺效果。一个敢于承诺效果的咨询为什么会“寂寞”呢?
