有机无机肥配合施用,有利于土壤有机质的积累和活性有机质的增加,有利于增加土壤养分的贮备和供应强度。与单施化肥区比,土镶N·P·K增加4%~11%。土壤物理性状趋于好转,总孔隙度、田间持水孔隙、通气孔隙增加3%~27%,容重下降12%~17%。土壤微团聚体发育良好,颗粒边缘光滑,疏松多孔,呈松散柔和的絮状分布。土壤生物活性提高,酶活性增强,土壤微生物活跃。蔗糖酶、脲酶、中性磷酸酶增加25%~124%,微生物总量高8%~27%。玉米高产稳产,公顷产玉米8500kg左右,比单施化肥提高10%以上。籽粒蛋白质和8种人体必须氨基酸含量也有所提高。
