以环氧树脂和稀释剂苯甲醇为囊芯,苯乙烯-二乙烯基苯为囊壁材料,采用原位聚合法合成了一种热塑性自修复微胶囊;考察了囊材与芯材的比例、乳化剂的用量、反应温度、搅拌速度等对微胶囊粒径分布和表面形态的影响;确定了制备微胶囊的最佳工艺,即囊芯质量比为3∶10,n(苯乙烯)∶n(二乙烯基苯)为9∶1,DBS与阿拉伯树胶复配乳化剂的用量为3%,于70~80℃反应8h,可得结构紧密、粒度均匀的微胶囊.该微胶囊的平均粒径为125μm,壁厚为30~50μm,囊芯含量为72%.
A novel thermoplastic self-repairing microcapsule was prepared by in-situ polymerization using styrene-divinylbenzene as the core material and epoxy resin and diluent benzyl alcohol as the core. The ratio of the material to the core material was investigated. The amount of emulsifier, the reaction temperature and the stirring speed on the particle size distribution and surface morphology of microcapsules were investigated. The optimum process for preparing microcapsules was determined, that is, the mass ratio of n (styrene): n (Divinylbenzene) was 9:1, the amount of DBS and gum arabic complex emulsifier was 3%, and the reaction was carried out at 70-80 ℃ for 8h to obtain compact and uniform size microcapsules. The average particle size Diameter of 125μm, wall thickness of 30 ~ 50μm, the core content of 72%.
