羽毛球运动是高中男生比较喜爱一项运动,但从教学的效果和达成度来看,这项运动的锻炼价值还没有体现出。如何在有限的体育课中让学生更好地发挥主观能动性,充分调动学生积极参与,在有限的时间内增强体质是一线体育教师亟待解决的问题。
Badminton is a favorite sport for high school boys. However, from the point of view of teaching effectiveness and attainment, the exercise value of this sport has not been reflected. How to allow students to exert their subjective initiative in limited physical education classes and fully mobilize their active participation, and to enhance physical fitness within a limited period of time is a problem that front-line sports teachers need to solve urgently.
