目的:建立同时测定双黄连粉针剂中新绿原酸、绿原酸、隐绿原酸、咖啡酸、连翘酯苷A、异绿原酸A、木犀草苷、芦丁、异绿原酸C、连翘苷、黄芩苷、千层纸素苷、汉黄芩苷、黄芩素和汉黄芩素15种成分含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法:采用CosmosilC18-MS-Ⅱ柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),甲醇-0.2%磷酸溶液为流动相梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 m L·min-1,多波长检测。结果:15种成分分别在0.025~0.153,0.116~0.696,0.026~0.156,0.003~0.020,0.158~0.946,0.011~0.067,0.002~0.012,0.009~0.056,0.033~0.195,0.022~0.134,1.48~8.87,0.069~0.412,0.009~0.054,0.006~0.035,0.002~0.012μg范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.999 5),15种成分平均回收率均符合含量测定要求。结论:本法简单易行,结果准确可靠,可有效地用于双黄连粉针剂的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid, chlorogenic acid, cryptocholic acid, caffeic acid, forsythoside A, isocrochloric acid A, luteolin, rutin, isocrochloric acid C in Shuanghuanglian injection , Forsythin, Baicalin, Melaleuca glycosides, Chinese baicalin, baicalein and Wogonin 15 kinds of components by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: Cosmosil C18-MS-Ⅱ column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used as mobile phase. The mobile phase was methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid solution. The flow rate was 1.0 m L · min-1. Results: The contents of the 15 components were 0.025-0.153, 0.116-0.696, 0.026-0.156, 0.003-0.020, 0.158-0.946, 0.011-0.067, 0.002-0.012, 0.009-0.056, 0.033-0.1950, 0.022-0.134, 1.48-8.87 , 0.069 ~ 0.412, 0.009 ~ 0.054, 0.006 ~ 0.035 and 0.002 ~ 0.012μg, respectively (r≥0.999 5). The average recoveries of 15 components all met the requirements of content determination. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate and reliable, which can be effectively used for the quality control of Shuanghuanglian injection.
