城镇燃气管道系统的运行首要的就是要保证安全。出于安全运行的考虑,对于燃气的聚乙烯管道进行薄弱环节以及脆弱性的风险评估是必要的措施。本文结合城镇燃气聚乙烯管道系统灾害事故的特点,对影响其安全运行的因素进行分析,包括了几十项指标以及科学合理的评估体系。同时运用模糊综合评价的分析,对评估体系得出的指标进行权重的计算,得到关于城镇燃气聚乙烯管道系统的脆弱性的评估数学模型的建立以及系统脆弱性、薄弱环节的等级确定。通过各项指标的展示,可以对城镇燃气聚乙烯管道的脆弱性、管道的运行状况、事故的演化规律等进行清晰的评判,最终得到其周期性安全运行的策略和方法。
The primary operation of the town gas pipeline system is to ensure safety. For reasons of safe operation, it is necessary to carry out risk assessment on the weak links and the vulnerability of the polyethylene pipes of gas. Based on the characteristics of urban gas pipeline accident, this paper analyzes the factors that affect its safe operation, including dozens of indicators and scientific and reasonable evaluation system. At the same time, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to calculate the weight of the indexes obtained by the evaluation system. The evaluation mathematical model about the vulnerability of urban gas-polyethylene pipe system is obtained, and the grade of the system vulnerability and weakness is determined. Through the display of various indicators, it can make a clear judgment on the vulnerability of urban gas-fired polyethylene pipelines, the running status of pipelines and the evolution rules of accidents, and finally get the tactics and methods for its periodic and safe operation.
