工厂已能用SHS—离心法生产出高质量直径Φ800mm的陶瓷内衬钢管。研究发现,在SHS—重力法中,铝热反应主要受气相反应控制,并首次用此法生产出直径Φ273mm的陶瓷内衬整体弯管;全封闭粉料加工系统已工业应用;根据电化学原理,利用计算机系统实现了陶瓷衬层的快速无损探伤;利用反应余热熔化修补剂,在陶瓷表面形成与陶瓷层结合良好、光滑的修补层;在“九五”后期,陶瓷复合钢管在全国已形成上亿元的工业规模。
