近些年,化妆品行业不断爆出负面新闻,此类事件在媒体和网络上迅速传播,每一次的曝光都引发了激烈而广泛的争论,引起了消费者的恐慌,大部分的结果是导致产品下架,并引起日化行业的大波动。生产相关产品的企业纷纷自查,并接受监管部门的检查。同时形成了这样一个流程:媒体曝光→消费者恐慌→曝光企业查找原因→监管部门对所有行业内生产该类产品的企业进行检查→监管部门公告调查结果。最终的结果是,消费者对化妆品产生了严重的不信任,企业品牌信任度下降,被曝光的企业乃至整个日化行业受到冲击。
In recent years, the cosmetic industry has kept breaking news negatives. Such incidents spread rapidly in the media and on the Internet. Each time the exposure has triggered a heated and widespread controversy, it has aroused consumers’ panic.
