中学《生理卫生》第五章呼吸系统的实验和实习,安排了三个内容。实验内容1.验证人体呼出的气体中含有较多的二氧化碳。课本73页第4行的实验设计是用干净的玻璃管向石灰水内吹气,观察石灰水是否发生浑浊现象。如此设计的实验做法,与小学自然第四册第14页作业描述无异,实验结果只能表明呼出的气体中含有二氧化碳。但是否“较多”;与什么相比,“较多”:是否与吸入的空气相比,含有“较多”的二氧化碳,就本实验而言,并没有得别证明。这是疑问一。
