对采用铜模压铸制备的亚快速凝固Al-10Ti中间合金在不同温度和时间下进行保温或重熔处理,采用扫描电镜、光学显微镜和Image-Pro Plus 6.0软件观察和分析Al-10Ti中间合金中Al3Ti相颗粒的微观特征。结果表明:与普通Al-10Ti中间合金相比,亚快速凝固能显著减小合金中Al3Ti相颗粒尺寸、增加其形状因子φ值。亚快速凝固Al-10Ti中间合金的最佳熔炼工艺参数为:熔炼温度1300℃,保温时间30~35 min。当保温或重熔温度和保温时间增加时,亚快速凝固Al-10Ti合金中Al3Ti颗粒尺寸和该相的形状因子φ值增加。在650℃保温时,Al3Ti相以脱溶析出和Ostwald熟化两种方式长大;在720℃以上重熔时,在重熔初期Al3Ti相以Ostwald熟化和合并生长两种方式长大,在重熔后期则主要以合并方式长大。
The sub-rapid solidification Al-10Ti master alloy prepared by copper die-casting was heat-treated or remelted at different temperature and time, and observed and analyzed in Al-10Ti master alloy by scanning electron microscope, optical microscope and Image-Pro Plus 6.0 software Microscopic Characteristics of Al3Ti Phase Particles. The results show that compared with the common Al-10Ti master alloy, the sub-rapid solidification can significantly reduce the grain size of the Al3Ti phase in the alloy and increase the value of the shape factor φ. The optimum smelting technological parameters of sub-rapid solidification Al-10Ti master alloy are: melting temperature 1300 ℃, holding time 30 ~ 35 min. When the heat preservation or remelting temperature and holding time increase, the Al3Ti particle size and the shape factor φ value of the sub-rapid solidified Al-10Ti alloy increase. At 650 ℃, Al3Ti phase grows in two ways: dissolution and precipitation and Ostwald ripening. When remelted above 720 ℃, Al3Ti phase grows in Ostwald ripening and combined growth in the initial stage of remelting, The latter is mainly merged to grow up.
