Objective To observe the clinical effect of carbon dioxide laser combined with traditional Chinese medicine bath for genital warts in pregnancy. Methods 66 cases of female genital warts in pregnancy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 33 cases in each group. Two groups of patients were given first carbon dioxide laser wart, wound treatment group was treated with Chinese medicine outside the bath with acyclovir cream external treatment, the control group was given only topical acyclovir cream treatment. The total effective rate and relapse rate of the two groups were observed and compared at 3 months after operation, and the pregnancy outcome was observed in patients with continuing pregnancy. Results 8 out of 66 patients ended the pregnancy automatically. The other 58 pregnant women chose cesarean to terminate the delivery and the labor process was basically smooth. All of them were single fetuses without obstetric complications. All 58 newborns survived with full-term childbirth, No fetal intrauterine growth retardation, neonatal laryngeal papillary, genital warts and anal warts. The total effective rate of treatment group was 90.9%, which was significantly higher than that of control group (69.7%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); the recurrence rate of treatment group was 9.1%, which was lower than that of control group Statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion CO2 laser combined with traditional Chinese medicine bath for the treatment of female genital warts during pregnancy is a safe and effective treatment method with low recurrence rate, which is worth promoting.
