研究采用司秀玲(2008年)编制的问卷《大学新生角色适应问卷》对新疆400名2015级维汉大学新生进行调查研究,结果表明:汉族新生在经济角色、人际角色、生活角色三个维度的适应性显著高于维吾尔族新生;生源地为城市和城镇的新生其经济角色、人际角色的适应性显著高于农村的新生。研究认为:从族别差异上看,文化差异及家庭教养方式会不同程度地影响维汉大学新生的人际角色适应、家庭经济状况会直接影响维汉大学新生的经济角色适应、民族特质会影响维汉新生的生活角色适应;从生源地差异上看,家庭经济状况及生活环境会导致农村新生与城镇及城市新生在经济角色适应上有显著差异、社交经历会影响农村新生在人际角色适应上弱于来自城镇和城市的新生。
The study investigated the freshmen of 400 2015-level Uygur and Han nationality students in Xinjiang using the Questionnaire for College Freshmen’s Role Adaptation Questionnaire compiled by Si Xiuling (2008). The results show that the freshmen of the Han nationality have three major dimensions: economic role, interpersonal role and life role Was significantly higher than the Uygur freshmen. The source of students was the economic role of the newly born city and town, and the adaptability of interpersonal roles was significantly higher than that of rural freshmen. The study suggests that: from the perspective of ethnic differences, cultural differences and family rearing patterns will affect the interpersonal role adaptation of Uygur and Uygur universities to varying degrees. The family economic status will directly affect the adaptation of economic roles of Uygur and Uygur universities, and ethnic characteristics will affect the dimensionality Habitat adaptation of Han students; From the perspective of source difference, family economic status and living environment will lead to significant differences between rural freshmen and urban and urban freshmen in adapting their economic roles, social experience will affect rural freshmen’s weakness in interpersonal role adaptation Freshmen from towns and cities.
