生物膜无处不在,绝大多数细菌是附着在有生命或无生命物体的表面,以生物膜方式生长,而非浮游方式生长。组成地球生命体的氨基酸几乎都是左旋的,但随着科学技术的进步和分析方法的发展,人们不断发现各种生物中含有多种天然的游离右旋氨基酸,因此,本文就右旋氨基酸对生物膜细菌细胞外基质的作用、细菌细胞壁的作用和细菌间自身诱导分子的作用等研究进展作一综述。
Biofilms are ubiquitous. The vast majority of bacteria are attached to the surface of living or inanimate objects, growing biofilms rather than planktonic. Almost all of the amino acids that make up the earth’s living body are levorotatory. However, with the progress of science and technology and the development of analytical methods, people have found that many kinds of natural free dextrose are contained in various living organisms. Therefore, Biofilm bacteria, the role of extracellular matrix, the role of bacterial cell walls and the role of self-induced bacteria between bacteria and other research advances are reviewed.
