目的:对湛江东海岛和南三岛两近海域文蛤和翡翠贻贝副溶血性弧菌的污染进行检测和评价。方法:在5~11月,采用SN0173-92出口食品副溶血性弧菌检验方法,分别对文蛤和翡翠贻贝样品进行副溶血性弧菌生化反应初筛和MPN值测定。结果:每克文蛤样品中副溶血性弧菌的MPN值为<3~93,其中在6~7月副溶血性弧菌MPN值最高,为93。每克翡翠贻贝样品中副溶血性弧菌的MPN值<3~23,其中在6~7月副溶血性弧菌MPN值最高,为23。结论:湛江东海岛和南三岛附近海域每克文蛤和翡翠贻贝样品中副溶血性弧菌MPN最高值≤100,未超过相关国际标准。
Objective: To detect and evaluate the pollution of Vibrio parahaemolyticus of both clams and jade mussels in the two seas near Zhanjiang and the South China Sea. Methods: From May to November, Vibrio parahaemolyticus (SN0173-92) was used to test the Vibrio parahaemolyticus biochemical reaction and MPN values of Vibrio parahaemolyticus samples. Results: The MPN value of Vibrio parahaemolyticus per gram of clam samples was <3 ~ 93, of which the MPN value of Vibrio parahaemolyticus was the highest at 93.9 from June to July. The MPN value of Vibrio parahaemolyticus per gram of jade mussel sample was <3-23, with the highest MPN value of 23 for Vibrio parahaemolyticus from June to July. Conclusion: The highest value of MPN of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in each gram-stuffed and jade mussel samples in the waters near Zhanjiang and South Mishima is less than 100, which does not exceed the relevant international standards.
