应用高分子防龋材料(点隙裂沟封闭剂)预防少年儿童牙(牙合)面点隙龋,乃是目前一种有效的方法,国外,以用双酚A—甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(简称Bis—GMA)类封闭剂效果最好。Bis—GMA类封闭剂,有光敏固化型(用3650埃紫外线照射引发固化)及自凝固化型(用氧化还原体系回化)。我组研制的自凝防龋剂,是一种与Bis—GMA类封闭剂相似的新型材料,其固化不需紫外线及其他特殊设备,具有安全,有效,经济,较易推广等优点。现将实验及应用研究简介如下:
The application of polymer anticaries material (point gap fissure sealant) to prevent dental caries in children and adolescent teeth face gap, but is an effective method, abroad, with bisphenol A-glycidyl methacrylate (Bis-GMA) sealant has the best effect. Bis-GMA type sealants, a photosensitive curing type (with 3650 angstroms UV curing initiator) and self-curing type (using redox system back). Self-coagulation and anticaries agent developed by our group is a new material similar to Bis-GMA sealant.
