对 4个杏树品种 (优一、白玉扁、一窝蜂和龙王帽 )的一年生枝条和二年生枝条进行了解剖构造的观察和测量 ,并对其相对电导率进行了测定 ,结果表明 :枝条的木质部比率与抗寒性 (相对电导率 )成正相关 ,相关系数为0 .95 4 2 。反之 ,皮层比率与抗寒性成反相关 ,相关系数达 - 0 .82 2 1 。可以把木质部和皮层在茎的结构中所占比率作为抗寒性的形态结构鉴定指标之一。
Anatomical structures and biennial branches of four apricot species (Youyi, Baiyu Bian, Liuxu and Longwangmao) were observed and measured.
