采用超音速火焰喷涂(HVOF)制备了碳化钨(WC-10Co4Cr)涂层。用扫描电镜、中性盐雾腐蚀试验及旋转弯曲疲劳测试研究了碳化钨的微观结构与性能。结果表明,碳化钨涂层结构致密,结合强度高。与传统铬镀层相比,碳化钨涂层的硬度和耐磨性有明显提高,同时表现出了显著的耐腐蚀性与抗疲劳性能。
Tungsten carbide (WC-10Co4Cr) coatings were prepared using supersonic flame spraying (HVOF). The microstructure and properties of tungsten carbide were studied by scanning electron microscopy, neutral salt spray corrosion test and rotating bending fatigue test. The results show that tungsten carbide coating has compact structure and high bonding strength. Compared with the traditional chrome plating, tungsten carbide coating hardness and wear resistance significantly improved, while showing significant corrosion resistance and fatigue properties.
